Initial Assessment: We begin by evaluating the property to understand the scope of the clean-out, taking note of any specific areas or items that require special attention. Secure Property Preparation: Before starting the clean-out, we ensure the safety and security of the property, taking necessary precautions to avoid any damage to the building or surrounding areas. Removal of Personal Belongings: Our team will carefully remove any remaining personal belongings, furniture, or other items left behind by the previous tenants. We handle all items with care, ensuring that nothing is damaged or overlooked.

Our processes usually take a max of 72 hours. This allows 2 days for the former member to grab all items they would like to keep, so that on our 3rd day, we can dispose of all proper items.
